Can I Use a Different Type of Meat?
Absolutely! Instead of ground beef, you can use ground chicken or pork, depending on your preferences. Each option gives the soup a slightly different flavor, so feel free to experiment until you find the combination you enjoy most. Personally, I prefer beef because it pairs beautifully with the vegetables and adds a rich, savory flavor. It is also a source of iron, which is especially important to me because I live with iron-deficiency anemia.
