Salmon with Rice Pasta and Soy Cream
Memories and emotions. They never fade, especially when they follow a difficult period in life. A period of difficulties, challenges, fatigue and deprivation. Having a chronic health problem is not a one-time situation. You always need to be ready for every new flare-up that may arise and be ready to welcome the new order of things that it may bring with it. This applies to all areas of life, including nutrition. There are periods, when an irritable bowel, accepts to process without extreme digestive issues, 20 foods, sometimes 10 and sometimes less. Each time, you may start from the beginning by trying one food at a time, studying and recording the reactions and any symptoms, and deciding whether to keep it or add it to the forbidden list of foods. Each case can create new combinations and prohibitions.I remember the first time I tried rice pasta. I remember the first time I tried salmon. I remember the first time I tried broccoli. I remember the first time I had rice pasta with and salmon. I remember the first time I tried soy cream. Salmon with Rice Pasta and Soy Cream, is a meal that I can admit that has not yet been included in the forbidden foods. I hope you try this dish and enjoy it as much as I do, without any discomfort. However, if you still detect an issue, start removing ingredients until you find the combination that suits your case.
