
Chocolate mousse
This week I was craving a chocolate treat. And what better than a chocolate mousse with avocado at its core. With only 4 ingredients, I made my wish come true. The combination of avocado and soy cream creates a creamy smooth texture that, together with cocoa, elevates the sweetness.A healthy dessert for chocolate lovers that is also dairy-free & lactose-free.Try it and you won't regret it!! Ingredients
- 1 flesh and ripe avocado (peeled)
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder 100% cocoa
- 1/4 cup soya cream
- 1/3 – 1/4 cup honey (to act as a sweetener) Note: Try the sweetness and add extra honey if you like it to be more sweet.
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor until completely smooth. (Note: If it is very thick, do not hesitate to add some extra soya cream. )
- Serve and put the mousse in the fridge and let it set.
