Banana -Mango Smoothie

Banana – Mango Smoothie without lactose & dairy :p
Smoothies always accompany me when I'm reading or working. They give me energy and at the same time refresh me, especially now that the weather has started to warm up. So today, I was craving something fruity. And what better than a smoothie rich in nutrients and vitamins. It is made easily and quickly with only 3 ingredients.
Spring has arrived and cool drinks play a leading role. Let's enjoy it 🙂

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rice milk
  • frozen mango
  • 2 small bananas
  • 4 ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Crush the bananas into smaller pieces and throw them in the blender.
  • Place the rest of the ingredients in the blender. Blend until creamy and frothy, stopping and scraping down the sides where necessary.
  • Serve in a big glass.
    NOTE: Can be refrigerated for 1 day.
